Dear RBGC Lacrosse Coaches,

As we announced earlier this year, the Redding Boys & Girls Club has partnered with the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) to help support coaches of every sport run by the Club.

For Lacrosse, the PCA workshops are a required curriculum that ALL of our Coaches must complete. The primary focus of the PCA workshops is to help us strike the balance between preparing our kids to compete and win, while also teaching them life lessons on the field.

This coming season, we are requiring every coach to attend the PCA Workshops. And, to make these requirements easier on all of us, we have arranged to conduct these sessions here in Redding.

The PCA Double Goal Coach session II will be held:

Workshop name: Culture, Practices and Games (DGC2)
Workshop Date/Time: 3/6/2010; 10:00am - 12:00pm
Workshop Location: Joel Barlow HS - Auditorium
